Norwegian biathlete Tiril Eckhoff left the French Annecy ahead of schedule, where the fourth event of the 2021/22 World Cup is taking place.
«Unfortunately, I am going home. My body was not working quite optimally, so I am going home to recuperate there. You need to be as ready as possible for important starts this winter. Good luck to the Norwegian national team.», said Tiril.
Tiril Eckhoff won the overall last season, but this one is pretty mediocre. She only got into the top 6 once, without podiums. In total, the Norwegian is now in 17th place.
