Endre Strömsheim showed a phenomenal result in the IBU Cup. Of the four races, he won three times, and once finished second. But it turns out that this is not yet a reason to call him to the national team.
Endre is annoyed and frustrated by such disregard from the main team: «What could I have done better? I don't remember anyone having such a good start in the IBU Cup. I wonder if you can get into the national team if no one is sick there. In any case, I will have to be patient and wait for the next races.»
Ole Einer Bjorndalen supports the young Norwegian: «He deserves a place in this team after what he did in the IBU Cup. The coaches could have given Tarjei Boe time to train and get back to his best form.»
Tarjei Boe is currently the worst of the Norwegians, only once out of 5 personal races he got into the top 10. Currently ranked 22nd overall.
