A long-awaited victory for Lena Haecki-Gross

Lena Haecki-Gross is one of the few who managed to hit all 20 targets, but her pace was also very good. In any case, none of the real contenders managed to hit all the targets, and winning back at least 45 seconds from Lena is a difficult task. Only Lampic, Simon, Tandrevold and Shauveau managed to do this, but they needed to shoot more accurately.

It seemed that Elvira Oberg and Lisa Vittozzi, who started 2nd and 6th, would dictate the pace of this race, but no. Both girls made mistakes twice on the first two ranges, and for a very long time the leader of the race in all legs was Anastasia Merkushina, with Dorothea Wierer slightly behind. However, both made a mistake in the final shooting range, and their speed did not allow them to finish even in the top ten.

As a result, Elvira became only 10th, and Lisa 15th.

The leader of the general classification, Ingrid Tandrevold, made a serious mistake, she missed three times in the second shooting range, which threw her deeper into the peloton. However, she didn't have such a failure again, and having been given the same powerful last lap as Elvira, she was able to get to 12th place.

But Justine Braisaz had the worst failure, she missed 6 times and only showed the 42nd result.
