Stina Nilsson began the World Cup with terrible results in Östersund - 84th and 69th places. For which she was exiled to the IBU Cup. At first she couldn’t show anything there either, but gradually the results began to improve - 6th place in Sjosjoen in December. And in January Martell, the Swede twice finished in 3rd place, and in both cases, making more shooting mistakes than her opponents, and having a tiny lead.
It would seem that the pace is there - take it back. But no, the Swedes decided to be without Stina for now. Twenty-year-old Sarah Andresson doesn’t make it into the top 10, but she doesn’t have any failures either.
