Elvira Oberg won the pursuit, Lena Haecki second

A well-deserved victory from Elvira Oberg, fantastic for the Swiss Lena Haecki, a misfire in the shooting, and third place for Ingrid Tandrevold.

Ingrid Tandrevold and Elvira Oberg made a synchronized mistake in the first prone, and let Lena Haecki and Lisa Vittozzi go ahead, but by the second shooting the pair had almost caught up with the leaders. Lena Hakki shot so quickly and accurately that she left her pursuers behind.

Meanwhile, Julia Simon, despite shooting accurately, was still 30 seconds behind the leader. Hanna Oberg moved from 20th place to 6th, and Mona Brorsson from 17th to 7th.

Lena Haecki still made it to the 3rd shooting as a leader, but the gap was minimal. The athletes switched roles, now Haecki and Vittozzi were catching up, and Tandrevold and Oberg ran ahead.

Hanna Oberg got a little closer to the leaders, but a minute gap is too much. She would like a pace like Justin Braisaz. The Frenchwoman gained 20 seconds from the leader in one lap, but she was terrible at shooting, with a total of 5 misses, what are her options? The only thing worse was Lampic, who had 10 penalty loops.

At the last shooting there was a little drama - Tandrevold had some problems with the rifle after the 1st shot, but she coped with them, although she spent 15 seconds longer shooting. Thanks to this delay, Lena Haekki was breathing at her back, shooting quickly and flawlessly.

Lisa Vittozzi was still 10 seconds behind, but she was no longer in the fight for awards.

Elvira Oberg held on to first place without any problems and won for the first time this season. The Swiss stayed behind Tandrevold until the final descent, where, due to her higher speed, she flew out from behind her and rushed to the finish line, Ingrid could only watch after her.

This is only the second award in her career for the Swiss, she previously took 3rd place 4 years ago in Annecy.

Lou Jeanmonnot finished only 13th and lost her yellow jersey. How quickly our leaders change.
