Fantastic! Lou Jeanmonnot wins again, Preuss staying in yellow bib

Eleven ladies chose not to start in this pursuit, including two Frenchwomen, Guigonna and Chloe Chevalier, who would have started in 9th and 12th place.

The first shooting, as usual, didn't solve anything. Only Hanna Oeberg and Julie Simon made it difficult for themselves to break into the podium positions, missing once each. Yesterday's sensation, Karoline Knotten, seriously fell down due to two misses.

Those who went into the second shooting together were Preuss, Voigt, Jeanmonnot, Tandrevold, Arnekleiv, and even Elvira Oberg, who played back 18 seconds on the lap! But the Swede made a mistake and went into the penalty loop, but the rest of the five made 5 out of 5. A trio formed 35 seconds behind: Hanna Oberg, Vittozzi and Haecki-Gross.

After the first standing there were only three of them left: Jeanmonnot, Arnekleive and Voigt, and the most experienced ones - Tandrevold and Preuss - went to the penalty loop. Elvira Oberg also missed, and came out behind the trio of Hannah Oberg, Vittozzi, Hackie, who were still hanging back in the hope of mistakes from their rivals.

By the last range, Jeanmonnot was a little behind Arnekleive and Vogt, but they were not destined to win today, both missed simultaneously and ran away an extra 150 meters. But Jeanmonnot again made 5 out of 5 and left as the leader. Franziska Preuss was in the role of catching up.

The German quickly caught up with Lou, and in one of the segments she even made a small gap, but Jeanmonnot still didn't let her go, and at the finish line it became clear that the finishing spurt was not Franceska Preuss’s strong point.

Everyone is happy, Lou Jeanmonnot has his second victory in a row, Preuss has the yellow jersey. And the cherry on the cake is Vanessa Voigt, who managed to overtake Uni Arnekleive on the track.
