By the end of the 3rd leg, Norway had won 40 seconds over Germany, 48 over France, 1:09 over Austria, and 1:47 over Switzerland. The rest were already more than 2 minutes behind. Martin Ponsiluoma lost 30 seconds to Johannes Boe, but lifted up Sweden to 12th place.
Vetle Christiansen went through his leg calmly, making only one mistake. Johannes Kühn failed his final shooting, went to the penalty loop, and Germany lost second place, giving it to the French. Samuelsson was still able to push Sweden into the top 6.
