Five misses prevented Samuelsson from winning the individual race yesterday. Today everything was simpler, two penalty loops for him are a trifle that his opponents can't win back.
Sebastian wins by 18 seconds over Jesper Nelin, and brings 37 seconds to yesterday's unexpected triumphant, Anton Ivarsson, who again turned out to be the best shooter and didn't make even one mistake. Victor Brandt was another seven seconds behind.
Other contenders for places in the team performed much worse: Oscar Brandt 12th, Peppe Femling 14th.
However, it can't be said that Samuelson is in the same top physical condition as Johannes Boe. Just look at the 6th place of Estonian Rene Zahkna, and Latvian Rinals Birkentals, who competed in all races last season, but didn't earn any points.

Elvira Oberg, like yesterday, was the fastest biathlete, but today she also managed to win. Her sister Hanna, with the same number of misses, took only 8th place, almost a minute behind.
Second place unexpectedly goes to the little-known Anna Heidenberg. This sprint has a very young podium, third place goes to Tilda Johansson, and all three medalists are no more than 24 years old.
The Estonian athletes performed very well. Tuuli Tomingas, Regina Ermits and Susan Külm took 5th, 7th and 8th places. Alina Stremous, representing the Moldavian national team, showed the 10th result.
