IBU banned Russia and Belarus, they athletes will have a neutral status

At the last events of the Biathlon World Cup and the IBU Cup, the Russian and Belarusian teams will not be allowed to compete. This is a consequence of the understandable events in Ukraine.

Some Russian and Belarusian athletes will be invited to compete as neutral athletes.

There will be no flag, uniform, and of course the anthem.

Points earned will not count towards the Nations Cup and Relay cup.

The incomprehensible situation with Estonia, which stated that it would not allow the Russians to compete. Does this apply to neutral athletes or not? We don't know, now.
