The French national team fielded only 10 biathletes last weekend, with a quota of 12, and preferred to see who is better to pull up from the IBU Cup.
Caroline Colombo has only competed in two sprints and finished second in both. She has quite a lot of experience in the World Cup - 31 starts. And her the best finish is 15th place.
Eric Perro, unlike Colombo, didn't shine at the IBU Cup, and in all three races, he showed himself to be a middle peasant, never even getting into the top 6. He is practically a debutant, at the World Cup he had only one race, at the last stage last year, in the same Oestersund.
