It's enough of photos Johannes Boe on the first front. Rastorguevs - is the hero of this race.
Johannes Boe, as usual, is the fastest on the track. The Norwegian made a mistake at the first prone, lost 23 seconds, but over the next lap he managed to almost completely level out this gap, Swede Samuelsson joined him.
And the pace in front was set by not the weakest athletes - Quentin Fillon Maillet, Tarjei Boe, Andrejs Rastoruguevs and Benedikt Doll. They completed the second shooting without misses, and remained the leading group, but by the third shooting, Johannes caught up with them, and after that it turned out that only Johannes Boe and Rastorguev were able to hit all the targets, the rest went to penalty loops.
Rastorguev started 4 seconds behind the Norwegian, lost quite a bit during the lap - 8 seconds, while Fillon Maillet and Tarjei Boe lost more than 10.
In the final shooting, Johannes made 5 out of 5, and ran away for one more gold, Rastorguev hit the edges of the target with 4 out of 5 shots, but luck is on Andrej’s side today, all targets are closed. Behind Quentin Fillon Maillet also cleared all targets and ran 10 seconds behind the Latvian. Tarjei Bo missed and was left without medals.
By the finish, the positions did not change. Johannes put another medal in his piggy bank. Thus, the Norwegian won medals in every race of this World Championship. A 35-year-old Latvian, after a two-year disqualification, returns, spends two seasons, and wins silver at the World Championship, fantastic.
